Permit Cost & Local Codes

The types of permits we will need to obtain will vary depending on the location of the site that we have selected for this project.

The final selected location of our arena will determine the local codes the engineers must follow to construct our building appropriately, to withstand the local weather & soil conditions.

Site preparation costs

Site preparation mainly involves grading, excavation and drainage planning.
