WELCOME TO NOAHS'S PARK ANIMAL RESCUE
We are local to Austin, Texas and are a growing grass roots non profit established to provide permanent husbandry and health care to neglected, abused, injured, orphaned or abandoned animals in our city and surrounding areas.
We are a barn style pack of misfit and broken animals living and working together. We work to fulfil each others needs by supporting each other, our community and the next one in need that comes along. We have aspirations to grow into many rescue and therapy support programs in the future and appreciate all of your love and support in helping us realize our dreams and goals.

Thoughts from the Bird Brain...
My name is Matilda and I am the friendliest Emu you are ever gonna meet.
My hobbies include cuddling, being pet, smooshing my head into your chest for some loving, eating veggies, hunting bugs and playing in the sprinkler.
I was under weight and as a result I could not maintain my feather coating, my skin was pale blue and I was never in a real good mood.
Since becoming a Noah's Park Pack member I am practically a brand new girl. I get fresh veggies on the regular, I have a specific feed pellet just for me and my coat... now my biggest worry is if it makes me look fat! We ladies need to watch our figure :)
I have several companion birds that I spend my days with and I communicate with them by using my throat to make a drumming noise.
My skin is bright blue now and I even have grown a full head of Jerry curls.
I am in need of a new feeder for my pellets and vet visit to make sure all my bits are in order.
I like to stomp my yard like it is going out of style and I am always so pleased to get attention and affection from my Noah's Park Pack Leaders, they are just swell to me and the rest of the pack...though I still can not convince a single one of them to nest on any of my eggs. I am looking for a hubby so if you know anyone show him my pictures and see if his feathers fluff up would ya.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and check back with me for regular updates or if you come across that much desired hubby...this gal is single and oh so ready to mingle. Have just a swell rest of your day and week.
